Where do sessions take place and how long do they last?

Sessions will take place at Clarksville Academy unless otherwise specified. Sessions will last an hour and can be adjusted upon request.

How often should a player workout?

I personally suggest at least 2-3 times per week to see real results. However, it does vary based off the effort and attention to detail a player gives.
